Why Clinton supporters are turned off by Obama

A Hitler reference? HITLER? If Obama's supporters think they can win a general election without the votes of those who backed Clinton, then they don't know politics. If they think Hitler comparisons are the way to attract those Clinton voters to the Obama camp, then they don't know human nature.
Obama's supporters should remember episodes like this when Clinton backers like me, who are willing to back Obama if he's the nominee, decide instead to sit on our hands, write in Clinton, or vote for McCain.

Please, we've seen in history that experience means nothing, what is important is who is going to rally the people and energize them to action, because it is the people that effect change, the leaders are only conduits, Obama energizes the people to act.
Its not about him, its about us, the people, McCain and Hillary talk about how we need to rely on them, Obama however calls upon us to act, as he said "we are the ones we have been waiting for"

Dems keep losing presidential elections because they are so hell bent on the activists controlling the mouth piece all of the time. Well, I'm ok with that when we are talking about issues but I'm not ok with them annointing a candidate. If Hillary's path to the WH had been assisted in such a heavy handed way as Obama, I would have had a problem with that to.
John Kerry will be the last election cycle in which I held my nose to vote for a revolting candidate for the democrats.
The real question for the Obamabots is NOT whether Clinton supporters will vote for Obama, we won't. The real question you better be asking is whether we'll actively campaign against him...because that will help assure he gets under 40% of the vote in November.

To the first "Anonymous": no one owes you shit. Obama, like any other candidate, has to earn votes by addressing the concerns of large blocs of voters. If he does not address the concerns of those voters, they are perfectly within their rights to take their votes elsewhere. We are also within our rights to stay in the party and fight back.

when you act like this you are destroying the reputation of the party, and it makes us all look bad and that means we will lose to the gop, so don't blame this person for speaking out about this behavior. it's been going on for more than a year now, and it needs to stop. it's a complete failing of leadership on obama's part himself that he hasn't.
make the case for your candidate, leave the rest to the campaign proper. (of course, you're probably part of the campaign proper, obama recently hired 400 new bloggers to push the script for him).
